Excellent view from rooftop over city and mountains. Close to best part of Borjomi. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Drove us to restaurant and new hotel for free. Asked a lot about if they could help us.

We had such a lovely stay at Katye's place, we didn't want to leave! The property has everything you need and is in a perfect the town centre and the beautiful park - but is still homely and peaceful. They even gave us homemade wine and brandy on arrival which was lovely! They gave us lots of information about the town, towels for the nearby sulphur pools and restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated! Thank you

The room was exactly as it shown in the pictures on booking. It was big and renovated. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious.
The highlight of this place is defiantly the hosts! The family how runs the place did everything they could to make us feel at home. They always walked around us making sure we have everything we need. Always offered help and generally took care of us like we are the only guests they ever had.
