The location and the views were great and we liked the design of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, both the receptionists and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they would stop shooing the cat, it leaves such a bad impression. The grey cat is a really wonderful addition to the hotel staff, we absolutely loved him. We were also very grateful for an upgrade of our room. We got a duplex with a spacious terrace and comfy beds. The room was very clean and had many amenities. There was no kettle and although we were ready to order tea from the restaurant the staff kindly provided us with a kettle and some tea bags. The breakfast was nice but I was surprised there was no cereal.

Big and comfortable rooms, beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, drinking wine on the balcony in the evening and the sound of the river is the best situation, we also used the barbeque area which is free of charge it was a very good experience

كانت الإقامة رائعة و المكان نظيف و جميل و هادئ وأصحاب الفندق لطفاء و متعاونون وكرماء جداً , خصوصا المضيفة لالي ، و يوجد سوبرماركت لاصق بالفندق يعود لنفس المالك ، و إن عدنا الى جورجيا سنقيم عندهم مرة ثانية إن شاء الله The stay was great, the place is clean, beautiful and quiet. The hotel owners are very kind, helpful and generous, especially the host Lali. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel that belongs to the same owner. Lot of space, clean, calm, spacious bathrooms, nice garden, family atmosphere. We arrived late and the lady who received us waited for us. She is also very welcoming and provide us advises for our trip.

We had such a lovely stay at Katye's place, we didn't want to leave! The property has everything you need and is in a perfect the town centre and the beautiful park - but is still homely and peaceful. They even gave us homemade wine and brandy on arrival which was lovely! They gave us lots of information about the town, towels for the nearby sulphur pools and restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated! Thank you

We paid a little extra for breakfast which was well prepared and plenty of it. Host was really helpful and friendly. Borjomi was a lovely town with plenty walks and interesting buildings. Restaurants we went to offered good quality food at reasonable prices.
