My experience was fine, the best thing is the staff at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, especially for a four-star hotel. Overall, a good stay, but the breakfast could use more variety.

The hotel is located outside of city centre, but we liked it, as the area was calm and quiet. It was not a problem to reach Old Tbilisi - it was around 30 minutes by foot and even less by bus. The room we had was equipped with all we needed. The shower had the door, which was convenient - no water all over the bathroom floor. The air-conditioning was working perfectly and made coming back to the hotel a pleasure. The breakfast they serve is quite simple, yet tasty and nourishing. The personnel speaks English, at least some of them. We used google translator in case there were occasional problems and it worked fine. They were very helpful and caring - when our son had stomach ache and needed to stay in the hotel, they tried to check if everything was ok.
