This is a very special place. To us it looked more like a monastery (adjacent to a church), surrounded by a garden, built into the steep slope below the statue of Mother Georgia. Amazing views of the whole of Tbilisi. Short distances to all of the sights of the old town, including restaurants and some grocery shops.
The public spaces are absolutely worth exploring. It's like visiting a museum. Beautiful architecture, atmospheric illumination, a collection of artifacts from all over the world. The garden is full of fountains and stairs climbing the hill with several terraces and seating areas with great city views. One of them accommodated a small swimming pool that - at the time of our visit (September 2024) could have used some cleaning.
The breakfast was by far the best we had in Georgia. An exquisite assortment of delicious vegetables, snacks, bread, fruits, some warm dishes and pancakes.
We lived in a large room below the hotel which looked more like a whole flat. It consisted of a kitchen with a terrace, a bed / living room and a bath room. It had a separate entrance and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a kettle. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but we liked our room. Spacious, comfortable, great views from the sitting area in the kitchen.
The staff was very polite and well-mannered. Obviously keen to appear very correct.

Beds are comfortable and quiet, we had very good sleep. Aircon functioned well, sachets of shampoo and conditioner are provided along with soap. Lots of plug sockets, shower good.
Apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey building in a courtyard behind a restaurant, it’s still very quiet and location very central, nearest convenient store is just a couple of minutes away. Smart TV.
Anna was very responsive and helpful, she organised the car to the airport at 3am for us, it was a very good vehicle, the driver was punctual and even Anna texted me and came out at 3am to take the keys and make sure everything is okay.

Amazing gateway. Beautiful place to relax and take time for yourself. The attention to detail was on point. The rocking chair and recliners were a cherry on the top.
We stayed at a cottage of the resort. The reception was warm and welcoming. The trip was just half an hour from the city center so there was no trouble or fuss. The room was very well maintained, and I felt that attention is paid to details for the maximum comfort of the guests. The views from the room and restaurant overlooking the panoramic Tbilisi were superb, and housekeeping was perfect (just needed to send a Whatsapp message to the reception).
The property is huge and my child also enjoyed playing with balls, snow and sled.
Hotel is really beautiful and unique. Staying here is great for partying and having fun as well as family vacations and just relax. Amazing food and many colorful cocktails. Staff members are really helpful. There are sunny days for swimming pool and chill nights for comfortable sleep. Overall staying in this hotel was an amazing experience.
