It turned out to be one of the most memorable stays and I would definitely come back to this place. Rooms are simple and clean, the property is surrounded by lush garden. Hosts are just wonderful! It’s a great location close enough to Sighnaghi to walk (30mins) or drive (5mins) but secluded enough to be quiet and away from the tours etc.
Room was large and comfy, breakfast was generous and beers are yum!

Easy to find, with private parking. Well located for walking anywhere in Sighnaghi, but really quiet with the most amazing views ever. Views not just from the balcony but also the bed, the bath, even the toilet! Lia is super, remaining friendly, helpful and upbeat even when overcoming some huge problems during our stay (workmen resurfacing the road nearby broke a water main but Lia actually got the part they needed to get this fixed in minimum time!). We had the most comfortable bed of our entire stay in Georgia. Although breakfast isn't included in the room rate in is available, and a pleasant breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day
