Dodo is an excellent host. She is very attentive and is always trying to make you feel at home. A true example of Georgian hospitality. I was able to rest and she offered me hearty and delicious meals for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the Svaneti region

Nora’s Guesthouse is conveniently located, enabling an authentic Svaneti Village experience. The common room, toilets, and bedroom were all very clean. The grandma and her daughter are warm and welcoming. They offered me freshly baked cookies and tea upon arrival. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and filling; I had a chance to taste Svaneti Salt, local cheese, compote, wheat pilaf, deliciously baked potatoes, fresh milk, eggs, fruits, and warm vegetable soup. There are hammocks in the garden where you can rest and read a book. And not to forget puppy the Bobi. He was so energetic and friendly. I never wanted to let him go. I recommend this guesthouse in Zhabeshi and I will stay here again on my next trip to Zhabeshi.

The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. Also, they have portable heaters for the bedroom, so it was always warm inside. And the food was just AMAZING, no doubts one of the best food we had in our trip in Georgia. There were so many different dishes and the portions were also so generous. Breakfast was also a delight, even including delicious pancakes, omelett, home-made yoghurt and some very fresh bread. The family that owns the house is also so nice and friendly. We absolutely loved everything.

Wonderful place to stay on the Mestia-Ushguli trek! The rooms were very nice (such comfy beds!) and there is a lovely garden and beautiful views all around. The food is incredible, by far the best we had on our hike! Lali and her family are so kind and lovely, even helping me fix my walking boot which broke on the first day of the trek - thank you so much, it held up for the rest of the trek (and all the way back to Tbilisi where I could buy a new pair!) Thank you for a great stay! :)

Very friendly family. Extremely clean house. Wonderful food. My private room was very clean and equipped with very warm blankets. The bathroom was spotless and lots of hot water. Good wifi. Dinner and breakfast were full of different dishes, lots of veggies. The complimentary bottle of chacha at dinner was a nice touch. HAMMOCKS!! Best price I payed on the hike as well. Stay here.

Belarus
This is the best guesthouse you can stay in this village. The owner is a great person and he sincerely treated us as his dearest guests. He is a direct descendant of a family that had lived in this house for 900 years. The house itself has a part which was deliberately left untouched so you can see with your own eyes how Svan people lived 900-300 years ago. I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is and how hospitable the owners are! Staying there was one of the best experiences we had not only during the Mestia to Ushguli track but during our entire trip around Georgia.

Owners are absolutely great. I forgot money there and they wrote me to come back for them. Food was stunning, honestly maybe the best during our trek from Mestia to Ushguli. Rooms were big and beds were comfy. Its in the center of beautiful Chvabiani village. Everything was clean. There is very nice family vibe in accommodation.
