Never expect to have such delicious food in a less tourism touched Sveneti village, every dish is so tasty, really happy to have it after couple of hours hiking.
Tsvirmi is a peaceful village, it's not in the main route of Mestia-Ushguli hiking, but could be reached from Hatsvali upper cable car station through a well directed route along the ridge, and another route to Ugviri pass to join the main hiking route. highly recommended.

Beautiful spot close to the river, with a nice garden and apple trees overlooking the valley and mountains. Friendly dog Balu loves to cuddle. The lady of the house was very welcoming and helpful. The food was hearty and tasty. She dried our shoes after we left them out in the rain accidentally. Lali is a great cook and we very much enjoyed her cheeky jokes (in Russian).
