Any hotel can provide comfortable room and hearty breakfast, but "Old Seti" went further - it's wonderful staff provided us with warmth and feeling of "home away from home".

It was our second time at Roza’s. We arrived in pouring rain and were received with a warm welcome, hot tea and pastry. The room (shared bathroom) was very clean and cozy and the beds were super comfy. We could even do our laundry in the morning and let it dry on the line while we went for another hike. Can’t recommend Roza’s enough. We had a perfect stay. Didi madloba!!

David and his family were the most amazing hosts for my 2 night stay close to Mestia and really made the trip a memorable one. He always made time to have a chat, answer questions about the area or provide his recommendations which was handy as he is from the area. The facilities of the house were top notch and it really felt like a cosy warm home environment. On top of that the peacefulness and quietness of the location really added to the trip, so I will definitely be coming back to Davids house when in Mestia :)

One of the rare accommodations in Mestia where you do NOT need to climb up extremely steep paved streets to get there. Instead, you walk modest 10 - 15 minutes (not 5, as other people mentioned) horizontally to the the town center. Yet absolutely quietly located close to the western fringe of Mestia. Beautiful woodwork, good bathroom. Very friendly owner. Good breakfast, too.
Bonus: The best restaurant in Mestia (and the second best in Georgia during our 7-destinations-3-weeks-itinary) turned out to be amidst the Great Caucasus in Mestia, right where all the taxis and marshrutki depart, and it is named Lile. Same menu like everywhere in Georgia, but the staff at the Lile definitely know how to cook these dishes VERY well.

The guesthouse is located close to the square, it´s new and has spacious and well-furnished rooms. The building has a lovely garden and I could have a huge breakfast for 20 GEL. The staff is friendly and I could store my luggage at the guesthouse for a couple of days while I was hiking.

There are very kind and helpful hosts.
The dinner and the breakfast were tasty and delicious. Many of the raw materials for the food (incl. milk, cheese and wine) are grown and produced by the family. The room had a good view and was comfortable.
Some artifacts from family history can also be seen in the dining room/lounge.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Lia was very helful to us. She arranged for us pick up from Becho bus station on our request very fast. She give us all the informations that we need. Accomodation is simply but clean and fine. Food was delicious and very good cekes, kchachapuri, etc.. . I recommended it. All my family members feel perfect .
The family is super lovely and very helpful! The food is absolutely delicious and the best we had at a guesthouse. Definitely worth it!
Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had hot shower. Great that the family can speak some English.
The guesthouse is very clean, and the family who runs it is very nice and accommodating! We stayed in a three-bedroom with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom and WC is downstairs but that didn't matter as everything is kept very clean and tidy. I loved the heater in the bathroom, which is exceptional for such guesthouses!
The food was good too.
Hospitable family, nice and simple Svaneti style living, the best authenitc Georgian food.
