The receptionist and the workers are very nice and cooperative people.
The localisation of the hotel is excellent; transport, markets and everything one needs during a trip.
The only thing was to go to the third floor without lift. It is an old building from the outside, but everything inside the hotel was new and good.

I want to highlight the excellent reception at this hotel. The host is a delightful and kind woman, always ready to help and extremely attentive to the guests.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high level of cleanliness. It had everything necessary: a hairdryer, a kettle, towels, slippers, toiletries, and a dental care kit. The wifi in the rooms is sufficient for remote work, including calls.
I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and will gladly return here again!

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is the best in Tbilisi. Good location, spacious and neat rooms. This time I rented a suite - there was enough space for the children, unexpectedly, but pleasantly. The staff is not the first time to meet and offer solutions to problems when they arise. The only thing that could be improved is to diversify the breakfast.
