As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
This well run family hotel is sited overlooking the Severn and has lovely gardens where you can sit out and enjoy the views. They give you a superb breakfast and make a fine eggs benedict/eggs royale. The staff were warm, helpful and welcoming. The hotel also adapted mid stay to some room needs in a very positive way. We are returning which perhaps confirms all this
Location perfect for our requirements - close to family friends and to Hallow Church ( we were attending a funeral)
Lindsay was really helpful responding very promptly to the various questions I had.
Dinner on Wednesday was lovely and the staff could have been more helpful.
The rooms were very good, good noise isolating, clean, good space, bathroom was very good!! The breakfast was very good!!!I also had dinner, which was very good!
I was with my family, two kids, 2 and 8 years old, and my wife, and we were very comfortable .
Exceptional staff catering to all our needs. We attended a family wedding which was fantastic .due to the organization of the hotel management team and function staff. The breakfasts, snacks and evening meals were all very good , but the Sunday roast was amazing. A great place to stay and we thoroughly recommend it to everyone. We spent a very lazy Sunday wandering along all the public "farm" footpaths which surround the complex....just wonderful.
What a lovely place, excellent location to visit surrounding area. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Very child friendly. We had a beautiful bedroom, super comfortable bed, thank you!
My company could not find a local family hotel room and this room was booked in its place and i am glad it was. The accommodation was very nice and the location was even better for my family to visit places while i worked. The owners were also very accommodating as my family do not speak English. When i am in the country again, i will definitely be rebooking.
Excellent welcome. Room was well presented as was the food. Seemed like it was popular with the local community as the restaurant was busy on both nights. Plenty of outside space under cover and in the garden which was child friendly.
Broadheath is a pretty little village and the Bell Inn is a busy family friendly pub. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Cooked breakfast very tasty.
