The central location was ideal for walking tours and it was surprisingly tranquil. The furnishings were quirky and felt luxurious, the beverages were plentiful and refreshingly good, and the design utilised space well to create a comfortable and relaxing ambience. A lot of thought and care has gone into the placement and collection of ornaments and art, which was a melting pot of modern and eclectic styles and taste much akin to a boutique gallery/museum/home. The semi-wet room was a nice touch and created a large, pleasant rest room. The security keyless access throughout was state-of-the-art. The host, Marius, is a mine of information and is able to describe his objet d'art in terms of lifestyle and travel adventures, which only adds to the great reception and interesting stay.

Instructions for arrival, car park barrier, entry to the premises and obtaining door key were all given by text and it was an easy process IF you followed the clear instructions. The owner was very helpful and understanding when a query arose. Car parking is free with each apartment having its own marked bay. The interior was vey clean and fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron etc that would provide support for any length of stay. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Everything in the flat was clean and in good condition. The location was GREAT withing a 2 minute walk of the River and a 5 minute walk to the Castle entrance or the tourist centre of Windsor. Restaurants and pubs were within a minutes walk. A Londis supermarket (open all hours) was about 100 yards away. Despite the location and the aircraft flying over every few minutes it was quiet inside the flat during the day and night although there was a little noise from a group in Wetherspoons Pub Garden down the road for a short period one evening. My wife has mobility problems and uses a mobility scooter. The property was great for her in that it had a flat car park and garden with a very small step at entrance and then a lift to all floors. The rooms themselves were easy to negotiate and the bathroom has a walk in shower with a small step over ledge Without doubt when we go back to Windsor we will book this property again.
