The property was as described and expected, easy to find due to the clear instructions and with all the facilities expected. Quality of the furnishings etc. was excellent. Due to our uncertain arrival time, I was in dialogue with the owner - which was friendly, easy and successful.

Lovely location and very well set up with things needed for a short stay. We were able to cook one night and had everything we needed. It was a well thought out and cozy property
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.

Gorgeous summer gardens, room clean and downstairs was comfortable (family room, Taylor’s Gold). Good access to the garden from the room for our dog (and us!). Lovely gin cocktail and great food. Liked the decor throughout. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The accommodation was spacious - large enough for a family of 5. It was exceptionally well equipped, it was comfortable and warm. It is located away from busy roads so is very quiet. Parking is easy. The location is convenient to lots of sights in the region.
Very beautiful building, a cosy and welcoming place to arrive on a wintry night! Family bedroom was very exciting (kids loved sleeping in the attic area!) and lovely quirky style too. Breakfast also excellent quality.
We stayed here with two small children, 2 years and 11 months. The property was ideal for them, very spacious, a single bed for my daughter and enough room in the bedroom for a travel cot for my son.
When we arrived there were some snacks and drinks left for us and a very thoughtful gift for the children. Liz was a very helpful host we very quickly bought us candles and a torch during a short power cut that we had. The children loved watching the horses from the garden and out of the window.
clean, well presented cottage with good fixtures and fittings. perfect for a family. ponies in field next door were a bonus- kids loved that. host was good, responsive and extras like OJ, wine, bread were very welcome. we even got toy soft pony teddies for the kids! great short stay. walks nearby and visited bowood house.
