We had a function event over the whole weekend , the managment and staff were superbly proffesional and went out of there way in support to our events commitee and to our guests staying at the hotel , who also remarked how good they were supported , during the weekend , From Managment, reception staff , Bar Staff ,Waiters and maitenance staff , delivered a service the hotel should be very proud of their staff , outstanding job done !! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR !
Staff were so helpful Especially Zoe on reception went over and above to help. The lady who served breakfast sorry I didn't get her name was very helpful and friendly. We had a large family meal booked on the Thursday night which everyone enjoyed. The food came out roasting well done to all kitchen staff and waiting staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
We were welcomed in a lovely friendly manner the lady was so helpful, she booked a taxi for us as we were going to a function.
Next morning all the members of staff were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent too .
