I was impressed by the room it was very nice and better than i was expecting, good sized room, it was really clean, the bed was comfortable room had a decent sized tv in a good position on the wall, this was better than the budget hotels at the same price or dearer. Could not fault it whatsoever would happily stay again.

It was a great location for what we wanted to do, and I liked the townhouse room with freestanding bath. The open plan design for the restaurant seemed nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, more so we have booked to go again. The food is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and a very comfortable bed! Lovely walk on the Promenade and an ice cream is a must!

The building and rooms were amazingly clean and well kept. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were amazing.

Brookfield Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and if I were to return would not hesitate staying again. I have recommended to my family who could be visiting the area as well. Hosts were wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, cozy and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The small kitchen area was an unexpected surprise.
The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings was so serene. The accommodations were exceptional and the location perfect for everything. Most of all Maria and Pete took the whole experience to another level with their kindness and hospitality. They made me feel like family. I truly have found the perfect place to stay when I visit the area and without a doubt will stay here again ❤️
I’m a frequent visitor to West Kirby, but took my son up there for his first visit to spend time with my partner and his family and friends. My son, who has autism, loved the apartment, the space, location and facilities were excellent. I was very impressed with what was on offer and found the stay very good value for money. I’ve already booked again for October, and I can see a few more stays being booked up!
Really lovely and comfortable house. All the kitchen facilities you need and nice touches like games and children's bowls and cutlery etc. our toddler loved the blackboard wall!
Visiting family who live locally. Perfect base for us and the property was very well thought out and equipped. Our dog also appreciated the extra dog friendly touches.
The host family was so kind and welcoming to me and my son. Nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Added bonus of a friendly dog too!
This house was extremely well Presented and felt like my own family home. It was totally self contained with everything u could think of. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We had just travelled 28hra from Australia and to walk into this home was just a blessing.
Lovely family with a beautiful dog, very helpful for me as a 'stranger' in West Kirby and all of the family has a great hospitality . The familyhouse is in a quiet neighborhood. They live up to their motto. I came as a stranger and left as a friend.
Lovely clean place, it was really nice having a kitchen to cook in (and it was useful with a toddler to be able to give her breakfast immediately after she got up before she got hangry!)
Plenty of space in the living room for our little one to play with her toys, nice large shower that easily fitted in our toddler bath.
Very close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk.
Short walk to the train station and a quick train ride to Liverpool.
Only 20 minute drive to Eureka! Science and Discovery Museum.
