At the inn, the rooms come with a desk, a TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle.

Despite the age of the Inn, it is beautifully appointed and charming. Since the Inn is closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, we weren’t able to take advantage of the wonderful food we hear they have. Food is available about 5 miles away. We’d definitely stay again!

The hotel's location on the main road provided convenient access to nearby attractions and made it easy to explore the area. The room's sloping ceiling added a quirky and unique touch, giving the space character. Despite the challenges, the hotel staff eventually processed a refund for the double charge, demonstrating some level of customer service.

Location by the A303 was good and the room was quiet which we liked as we live in the country and not used to busy road noise. Beautifully clean and warm when we arrived. Bathroom large and also very clean, shower super. The Indian restaurant next door was excellent and food marvellous. Again no noise from the road. The family running it could not have been more helpful. An all round excellent stopover just two and half hours from London and about the same distance from Cornwall.

Run by a lovely family - we felt instantly welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the food was so delicious and just the right portion sizes. They were very family friendly - and accommodating of ouryoung child in many ways which other hotels have failed at. We really appreciated it. Comfy beds & great shower too.

just the friendliest people ever, so accommodating and the food was great (try the jerk chicken). big shoutout to the team (and their kids!) for making my stay memorable, letting me have breakfast at the last possible moment and offering to make a plate for my friend who couldn’t make it down in time. and thank you for the late checkout - after a very, very lovely wedding, it was most appreciated!
