Stayed in a classic double but room was huge and looked recently decorated, very comfy bed and high end bathroom. Fridge in room was added bonus. Stayed with our baby and staff were so helpful providing cot and helping with the pram and bags. I used gym very impressed with facilities, something to suit everyone.

The staff at the hotel were great about helping us and did something about each request we made and about a couple of issues we encountered. The staff were also friendly and smiled at you as you approach them, which seems hard to come by these days, and therefore was very appreciated. We also felt completely at ease having young children there. My kids attended every splash time (twice daily) and loved the pool.

A lovely hotel in such a beautiful scenic setting. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff were great and ready to help. The family room was large and spacious for a group of 5 of us (2 adults and 3 small children). The grounds of the hotel were lush with numerous peacocks roaming around. The spa and pool facilities were as expected. Breakfast was great compared to other cheaper chains.

Pendley Manor is a beautiful building with a lovely entrance hall and grand staircase. The rooms are well done out, if in quite a twee style. The bed was comfy and we got the heating working to make it nice and cosy (it was freezing when we arrived). The spa pool is lovely and warm with a great sauna and stream room. Don't be put off by the slightly weird walk through a tunnel to get there! And do look out for passing peacocks outside! We went as a couple but the hotel seemed kid friendly so we'd happily go back with our kids.

Staff were extremely helpful though you could tell they were under post-Lockdown pressure. Always a happy face and very good with children (we took or 8 year old and she was made to feel very welcome). Didn't try out the Spa but if you have kids be aware there are set 'splash times'. Very good breakfast in a pleasant dining room.

Pendley Manor is a lovely hotel. We loved the grounds and the peacocks wondering around. We didn't have enough time to use the swimming pool but it looked nice from what we could see. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. Due to a child illness, only half our family were able to stay and the hotel, very kindly, allowed us to cancel one of our rooms free of charge.
