The location is stunning for scenery; the cabin has a very large garden with lots of birds. We had a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Red Squirrel on the bird feeder outside the kitchen. Location is perfect for exploring the Trossachs National Park (inc. Loch Lomond) and the road up to Fort William is amazing. We also took the train into Glasgow from Stirling (about 45 minutes drive away). We also met the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Our stay at the Croft was a joy. The host was very welcoming. The food provided for breakfast and an evening meal was a delight and I had the most comfortable night I have had for a while in the bed in the yurt. We were in the yurt which was surprisingly spacious and felt wonderfully homely. The whole property has been beautifully renovated and the garden bountifully planted up. All in all this was a treasure.

Sharon and Davide are exceptional hosts with a lovely little Hotel - they have a great eye for detail and made us feel very welcome. It felt like staying at a family home with professional service. We additionally booked dinner (3 courses!), breakfast was included - everything was freshly cooked in an open kitchen and very delicious. There were options for breakfast and vegetarian options for dinner. If you are looking for a classic Family hotel experience with exceptionally good homemade food including freshly baked bread - go for it!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms - great for our family of five - and a lovely garden, with a nice walk behind into the woods. The breakfast was great and everything felt exceptionally well organised, especially in these strange times, and we also got a very warm welcome - a really lovely stay. My children were resentful we only spent the one night!
