The location was excellent as we were attending a family wedding in the area. The accommodation was excellent because there was plenty of room to change quickly when we arrived. The breakfast was first class. The weather was also fabulous.

Excellent location and hosts for our trip towards Glasgow. Margo and her family were lovely to deal with. Even took time out to show our son their new 4 week old kittens - a highlight of his trip! The room was large with good beds and well decorated. In the morning a hot air balloon landed in the field in front. You can't ask for better!

Friendly welcome on arrival. My room was quite small but fine, comfy bed, great new-looking bathroom with large shower. The paintwork on the bedroom walls were quite stained and grubby and cupboard under the hospitality tray clearly previously housed a fridge-no longer there. Dinner-had the veggie option- was good but not quite as described. Great cheeseboard and tasty breakfast.

The place was lovely and clean and nicely presented. Our family room was a large sized room and had a double bed and 2 singles, a sofa and a chair. Nice decor. The room had a kettle and facilities for tea and coffee as well as drinking glasses and biscuits. The bed was very comfortable.

Very generous tasty breakfast that catered for gluten free and vegetarians in our group. Super room/suite for a family of 5: 3 single beds for the kids and a separate room for the parents. Just the job as it's not always straightforward to find accommodation for 5. Good value for money.
