Bruce provided us with ice each day and was very accommodating with departure time. The chalet was comfortable for four in the kitchen and living room area. it's very well located, right at the center of Stirling, and everything you might need. Staff is helpful. Room is warm and comfortable, shower is good, bed and pillows are good. Breakfast is amazing. Soooo much better than the last time we visited! There are a lot of options to choose from, and everything is delicious.
