Fantastic house, with enough beds for colleagues working in the area. It is modern, clean and had everything we needed, including parking for 2 cars/small vans on the driveway. It is a proper home from home. Access was easy, and the instructions for the host were clear and accurate, and received in good time. We would definitely book here again.

What a little gem of a house! Booked to stay with my two children for a little half term jolly and this was perfect! We got the train, only a short walk to find the house and location couldn’t be better right by the pier! We loved the quirky layout and it has everything & more you could need. Clean and styled lovely. We enjoyed our day exploring the beach, walk on the pier and fun at Adventure Land. Back to house with fish and chips and a glass for wine for mum! Brilliant stay and would use again for sure.

Location next to the pier. Views from the hotel of the south end on sea pier. Breakfast was good with the pier views. Great to stay with kids as near to all the fun activities. I had an issue with my family room. Staff were proactive in sorting it out and gave me a breakfast voucher to make up for the issue.

Room as described and booked - family room with sea view; the room itself was spacious and the view from the 3rd floor stunning. There was plenty of space for the cot for our little one and for us to spend time in the room when the baby was asleep. Staff at reception and breakfast were very helpful, friendly and helped me arrange for cake and balloons on my wife's birthday - truly excellent.

Shirley and the gentle on her shift were very nice, considerate and accommodating. They did their very level best to have us settled and comfortable, considering the fact that booking.com let us down. Booking.com allowed us to book room that wasn’t available plus made mistake in our booking. We booked for two night but only got one and booking.com left us to sort ourselves out. I’m still waiting to have my refund from booking.com for the family room that wasn’t available. The breakfast was splendid even my grandchildren loved it.

The reviews are high, and with very good reason. Fantastic location, the owner has stocked up with more than the basics so we were really able to be comfortable without having to make much effort. He’d even thought of small children, with plastic plates and crockery for them to use. They’ve not cut corners either on utensils, appliances and soft furnishings, so can’t speak highly enough of this property and the effort made to make me and my family feel welcome and comfortable.
