The quirky touches the hotel had. It had a nice relaxing environment. I thought the lighting under the beds which had a sensor was a really good touch. The shower was good and the room was equipped with good facilities such as a decent hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The breakfast (particularly the coffee) was good.
The Ostrich Inn is set in Slough, just 5 km from London Heathrow Airport. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site.

The staff - especially the bar man / restaurant waiter and the breakfast waitress were EXCEPTIONAL - thank you x. The food and drink staff went above and beyond and made our stay really personal and special. The two receptionists were excellent also. The food itself at breakfast and dinner was excellent and the cocktails and selection of drinks excellent.
The grounds are lovely with a nice path to walk around the little lake, we saw deer in the wooded area and watch birds and ducks on the lake.
The location is just 10 minutes in a taxi from slough station and the tube straight into central London. Parking on site is included.

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding as a family of 4. All the staff were super friendly and so good with our young kids (18months old and 4 year old). At check in the man at reception noticed we had a floor 1 room and there was a prom on the Friday night that would have been really noisy and disturb the kids so without us even asking he found us a new room a floor above and we didn’t hear a thing! The room was clean and spacious and we borrowed a cot for the baby. There was also a deep bath which was great for kids bedtime.
Could not fault this hotel in anyway! We will 100% be booking Moxy hotels again. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The extra touches made it so special. The hotel was clean and super cool. Loved all the funky detail and it was so child friendly . The bed was super comfy! we had the best time in this hotel
Family friendly hotel, very convenient place near Legoland windsor attraction. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they gifted the kids a pack of activities and colouring. There was also hidden /Easter egg hunting in the room for the kids which they love it. Also we enjoyed having dinner and breakfast there too.
Stayed here after a visit to Legoland. The staff were all very welcoming. We found the hotel very family friendly with staff making a fuss of the children. The rooms were clean. We ate our evening meal there, the food was not brilliant but was very good value for money. For breakfast there was a small choice of hot (bacon, sausages, beans & scrambled egg) and cold food (cereal, toast, croissant, fruit & yoghurt), but was was complimentary so couldn't fault it! Parking was extra.
The location, child friendly and loved the swing chair , football table. The layout down stairs and deco was fun , eye catching and over all good . We loved the pancakes, breakfast 🥣 it the spot and some staff went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable and room clean .

Requested a quiet room and it was exceptionally quiet couldn't hear anyone else or any traffic.
Family room was v spacious enough space for cot, pram suitcases and for baby to crawl.
Small fridge which is also ideal with a baby to store baby food, milk etc
Relaxing to sit in bar area and have some food and drinks.
Children loved the swimming pool
The hotel was very welcoming and the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. The from was spacious even for a family of four. Our children felt they were in luxury and described it as the best hotel ever.
