Superb motorbike friendly hotel right on nc500 in village of Mey. We had a lovely big room in the annex. Comfy bed , great bathroom, clean and very quiet so we slept well. Off street Parking next to hotel is secure as its a very quiet area! We ate and had drinks in the hotel. Food was excellent. Very friendly couple that own and run the hotel. Recommended.

The pod was lovely, very cosy and had everything we needed. The games and books were a nice touch and there were lots of optional extras to choose from too. The pod was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our NC500 trip. Would definitely recommend!

Location and views were stunning.
It wasn't what we'd hoped for or expected. However we made do and still had a great family holiday.
The wild life in the area is incredible and there's loads of places to walk.
Dunnet head is incredible and not to far from the house.
Perfect place to go if you're just wanting some peace and quite.
Very quiet location. Very comfortable property. It is not far from a village with shops and a petrol station, which isn't mentioned in the property description (it only mentions that Thurso is 8 miles away).
It is a small property, but certainly a lot larger than a hotel room. If you were with a family you'd want to book the main building or all 3 properties, but for a single person or a couple it is fine.
I'd certainly be happy to stay again.
