The house was a lovely place to stay, close to amenities. Ann, the host was exceptional as she made you feel so welcome with a personal touch. We had been traveling for hours only to find milk in the fridge, fresh bread, fruit, biscuits, smoothies for the kids. Such a lovely gesture. Thank you Ann, we will be back again. X

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had an evening meal there which was delicious. The bar had a lovely cosy atmosphere, with friendly customers that spoke to us!. we stayed in the family suite which had a separate twin room for our kids. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good choice of drinks and complimentary biscuits.
we loved the location, it was great to have the river just behind the property and you can access it by going thru the gate at back fence. my family and I enjoyed going for walks and my children enjoyed skipping rocks in the river.
The house is big and very comfortable and I loved the kitchen. would recommend and would love to stay here again.
Old Sunday School Richmond Review
Definitely recommend this property. We had an excellent weekend break with all the family (7 adults 1 child). Emma the Host was very helpful. The facilities were excellent, just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfy beds. Location was great. Everything you need for a lovely time with the family.
Breakfast was nice, A high chair would have been helpful for the baby. Excellent location easy to park although it is a public car park which is free overnight but needed to pay during the day. Easy to access other areas. The bed was comfy and it was a peaceful nights sleep.
amazingly clean and cosy. perfect for a family with kids. very peaceful and quiet holiday park. it felt like a little sanctuary for a relaxing weekend away.
Steve and Ali did everything to help us feel welcome ( putting the heating on before our arrival, preparing high chair and cot for our baby)
Lovely little cottage which was exactly as described in a great location just off the market square it has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Clean and comfortable and the most amazing cosy bed. Would certainly recommend this to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Richmond.
