The room was clean, tidy and the bed a good size. It was quiet, peaceful and the view out to the top of the loch was pleasant. Staff were very welcoming.

Location...food... cocktails... very comfortable and lovely staff
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable with our young child. The location is beautiful and picturesque. The room was large and had plenty of space for the full sized travel cot provided by the hotel.
Having lived in the area previously we booked the Rosslea as we knew it was in a very good location allowing us to walk to the function we were attending. There was no problem with check in. Breakfast was very good.
As a family with two young children, Rosslea was an excellent hotel - the staff were attentive and the breakfast was very good - we had a room which accommodated a cot with ease and then an unexpected adjacent twin room for our older child which was brilliant for space and privacy.
Breakfast superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Attended a funeral gathering whilst staying and, again, food was really good. Great location with lovely views.
We arrived with our disabled family member to find my note in the booking hadn’t been read. However the staff sorted out an accessible room very quickly. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Our daughter was on the first floor and complained that music from the kitchen both late at night and again from 7am kept her awake. We did complain about the music playing at night
