The place was super well equipped. Nice touches like having the dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets on hand and ready to use. They also included some free cereals, milk and some sweets for the kids which was nice of them.

We loved absolutely everything about Field Farm Cottage. It was the perfect place to relax during a busy weekend involving a nearby family wedding. The hospitality was outstanding and we were made to feel completely at home throughout our stay.

Bathroom and rooms had just been renovated, very clean and comfortable. Bed extremely comfy, but only big enough for one person in my opinion. Kitchen a little bit dated, but fully equipped, working fridge, plenty of coffee and milk. Only 13 min walk from rail station.

Comfortable for a family of 5. Kitchen facilities to make light meals. Park for the children literally next door. TVs in all the bedrooms with access to films so children could watch something in the evenings. 10 minute drive to supermarket/pubs. Hosts live in the adjoining house so on hand to get keys or ask questions if needed.

Our stay was great, the family room with sofabed was just big enough for two adults and two little children, but the highlight was the swimming pool. Child friendly and full of other children make our stay very enjoyable.

Very family friendly hotel and when at breakfast my 2 year old son started crying and screaming. Being a first time mum I was getting worried and quickly tried to take him away fearing I would be told off. However, they quickly came to help to distract him by giving him some milk and cookies. They also showed us where the children's play area was to keep him happy. It was great and in general all staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely go back and consider using holiday inn hotels from now on.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, they made us feel so comfortable and the lady at breakfast really looked after us and our small children. We asked to purchase the dog bed in the room as our dog loved it so much and they were so accommodating. There were chocolate bunnies waiting for our children in the room which made it extra special for them, and we had our room upgraded to a large family room which was very comfortable.

We're a family of five (children 0, 3, 5) and stayed at Chambers Place for 6 nights. We had a lovely time. Very spacious rooms, very kind owners. They catered for a vegan breakfast at our request. They gave us lots of options (more than on the photo). Our children were very happy to play with all the toys, there's enough for children aged 0-12. We would definitely recommend this place to young families.

rooms were clean, staff was extremely helpfull. The gentleman running the breakfast on Sunday morning was an absolute breath of fresh air! my son is 14 so classed as a child, yet he is a typical teenager, but he was given sweets and colouring in stuff much to our delight and it was such a lovely experience of how this gentleman handled all the kids and guests! sorry that i did not get his name - but he is a true gem to your company!
