Bay Cottage, on the shores of Lough Neagh, offers comfortable rooms, tea or coffee with cake or biscuits on arrival, free Wi-Fi in the house, easy off street parking and a friendly welcome.

The breakfast was excellent. Elizabeth used local, fresh food where possible and made her own dishes, resulting in a lovely, tasty breakfast. The location was also a big plus. Only a short distance from the airport yet quiet and peaceful. Close to Antrim and Crumlin. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and would stay there again.

Allie is a very welcoming & helpful host. The tents and the grounds where lovely and perfect for children to explore. Plenty of space in communal areas if 2 groups are staying at once. Private WC was appreciated. Located in a scenic own with plenty of options for food if weather is not good for BBQ, Well stuated between Belfast & Causeway Coast.

What a beautiful little place & looked after by the most accommodating host, Allie, who was so friendly & helpful & took time to speak to the kids & and mind all their names. There was so much to do here for the kids, tennis court, archery, tree swing, boules, play house, pond, orchard, rabbits & little birds. This little place is so unique & we will def return again in the future. Xx

Beautiful, tranquil, had everything we needed. Allie hasn’t missed a beat! Allie was just so warm and welcoming and just lovely, she told us of all the local places to eat or visit and check out. Place is amazing, lots to do on site and Lots of added extras including s’mores kit for the kids. Our kids didn’t want to go home. I meant to take way more photos but I got caught up in the craic and the experience of it all, my phone spent most of the time in the car 🥰x

Allie went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We picked a weekend where the temperature was exceptionally cold but Allie was brilliant. We had a great time, kids had a ball with all the facilities, which were amazing and so much to offer!! Allie had supplied everything that you could possibly need for a camping/ glamping experience and was soo good at recommending things to do and see in the area. World of owls was brilliant 🤩 thanks… I cannot praise the premises or the host enough and I will be back x

Everything! The owners are amazing and go over and above to make sure ur stay is the best it can be. Nothing is too much. There is so much to do on site... archery, boules, tree swings, camp fires, bbqs, indoor byob bar, ping pong table and tennis court. Shared kitchen but ur own toilet facilities makes this a perfect spot for peace and tranquillity mixed with lots of outdoor fun and nature. A pleasure for any family or even couple or friends. It also favours being as green as possible and at one with the nature surrounding u.

Allie was an amazing host, such a cute little spot for glamping with the family! Kids loved it and even though the weather was not on our side, there was plenty to keep us entertained. We loved the thoughtful touches such as the s’mores pack in the tents and the tents were cosier than we thought they would be! We will definitely return 😊

We loved the beautiful surroundings which offered far more activities for our children than advertised. Kids loved the archery, tennis, table tennis, darts, woodland walks, boules, swings. The facilities were top class both inside our yurt and the communal areas. Loved the homely touch Allie provided with the smorses kit, hot chocolate, home made elderflower cordial and jam as well as hot water bottles. We had such a relaxing time and cannot wait to return to Duneden Belle Glamping. Couldn't recommend any higher!!
