Beautiful little find, we wanted somewhere as a stop off between travelling and this was perfect. Set in the countryside but there's some pubs within driving distance, a few were closed when we stayed (Monday night) so we found a nice Marston's not far away. Nice and quiet relaxing atmosphere, room was really airy and light, lots of room. Breakfast was gorgeous, we arrived later in the day but they called to tell us our room number for self check in and to arrange breakfast for the morning. Would definitely recommend

The only grumble was the breakfast. Described as a buffet. It was help yourself “happy shopper” food: very cheap and mostly inedible. Very disappointed as it wouldn’t be difficult to provide a better quality breakfast. Would not stay again
