It's a very nice property converted to a very high standard, with a lovely garden and surrounded by green spaces. Excellent parking including EV charges (untested) and great utility room for washing sports kit. Lovely size rooms all tastefully decorated. A really lovely place to spend time with family.

We stayed in self-catering apartments - with a lift. (Main hotel didn't have a lift and my wife has mobility issues.) A little more expensive, but worth it. Also liked the hotel restaurant.

I'm always a bit wary of anywhere describing itself as a hostel but due to a need for a last minute booking I booked this accommodation and was very pleasantly surprised.
It was visually pleasant, clean, quiet and with more facilities than the absolute basics I expected.
My party would be more than happy to stay here again.

Clean, good sized room with 2 chairs, comfortable bed, good shower. Very quiet, we overlooked the lake. Ample parking. Good location.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Kathy and her family are wonderful, they can't do enough for you and are wonderful, wonderful people to meet, the beds are as comfortable as a cloud and all the facilities you want.
Everything well exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable; the bed was comfortable, the sheets were excellent, and the view over the bay was lovely.. it seemed a shame to shut the curtains at night!
There was plenty of choice at breakfast.. which was outstanding.
The hosts were great fun and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
We were in the heart of Port St. Mary, which is a quiet and picturesque town.
We will definitely return.
We came over to see Family who live in the area. Carrick Rooms were amazing and the bed was super comfortable.
Nick was very friendly and could do more for us.
Would definitely stay again
The continental breakfast provided by Nick was superb... as good as it gets! He was also a great host, for us and the other guests. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. Gay has visited before, and has family connections, but it was my first visit to Port St Mary. I love the shape and feel of the place. It is an exceptionally quiet village, which suited us very well.
Had a fantastic stay. The room was beautiful and spacious, lovely breakfast, Nick and his family were so welcoming and had great suggestions for us for places to see and visit. Great location. Highly recommend!
We loved everything - We stayed in the flat to celebrate our anniversary and Nick was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms have been done to a high standard and reflect the beautiful town it’s situated in! I would definitely recommend to friends and family
Perfect location. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Nick and his family know everything about the Isle of Man and really helped us to enjoy our stay to the full. He even laid on superb weather for us! We will be back.
Nick, Ian and Debbie were warm and welcoming. Rooms have all just been renovated so in pristine condition. Not actually a 5 star hotel but the quality is up at that level. Combine with the friendly personal touch of a family run place, it is top notch.
Very friendly staff, excellent room (Room 2), meals value for money and would return to this hotel for next family visit. Thank you to all the Shore Hotel staff for making us welcome.
