Very welcoming. Room was great and even had a fridge! It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were amazing. We had to drive back to Berwick for our evening meal. It wasn’t too far and there were lots of choices. Good private parking on site.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Balcony Luxury apartment in Berwick. The location is truly unbeatable—close to local attractions.
The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
The service was great. Good communication and very flexible hosts. The thoughtful gesture of a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival was a delightful surprise, and so were the fresh flowers. The log fire added a cozy touch, creating the perfect ambiance for our stay. Thank you!

Excellent location close to the lovely village and pub. The property is spacious and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is lovely and warm. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 3 outdoor areas one of which is secure for dogs. We received a beautiful welcome hamper that was filled with goodies, a really lovely touch. I loved having a sofa in the bedroom and the balcony made it feel like a suite and ensured you could have some time alone. Each room also has a TV.

The little hotel was quiet. We stayed in November, in a family room. It was clean and spacious and a quiet location.
The instructions for sef check in were simple and a phone call was appreciated. In the morning, the breakfast cooked by Heather was smashing😊.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
