Moorlands offers accommodation in Parracombe. The bed and breakfast has a terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a seating area where you can relax. You will find a kettle in the room. Every room comes with a private bathroom equipped with a bath or shower. Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. A TV and DVD player are offered.

The grounds of the hotel are amazing. Uninterrupted, views of the national park in a peaceful setting well away from the road. There is an operational narrow-gauge steam train station hidden at the bottom of the garden (Woody Bay), which is operated by a team of train fanatics to an exceeding-exceptional standard. The hotel was once an Inn for the railway station and still keeps much of its charm. The hotel is run by lovely people who went the extra mile to accommodate our needs for an extra bed by upgrading us to a suite too. Just what we needed. We'll definitely be back if in the area again.

Located in Trentishoe, 40 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, Heale Farm Cottage offers accommodation with beauty services. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Lundy Island.

Excellent tucked away holiday cottage to go with family and/or friends. Location within walking distance from the coast, all comfort provided (including dishwasher and washing machine), tastefully furbished. Very nice hosts, Judith helped us with sorting out the tick "infestation" on our dog when back from walking through farming land (yes, there are ticks everywhere in Devon at this time, so make sure you take extra care for your dogs if they travel with you). Good pubs in short driving distance around - Black Venus was our favourite by far, but you need to reserve in advance. Perfect holiday for coastal walks!

location is superb, easy access to the coast path and an easy drive to Exmoor. Breakfast was great, excellent quality. As a vegetarian who dislikes meat substitute products I often find problems when eating out, but not at Longmead House. The best breakfast I've had when away for years.

I don't often give five star reviews but this place gets six! The extra star was gained by the delicious home made cake left for us. The house was perfection down to the last detail. All the bedrooms were large and perfectly made up. The hot tub and sauna were gorgeous. Above all the location is just far enough away from everything to be perfectly quiet without being a struggle to drive to. Absolutely recommend this house to a large group of friends or a couple of families wanting a get away. We will likely be back again!

Parracombe is a pretty village well off the main road in North Devon, a good centre for walking. The accommodation is very modern and a cross between B&B and self catering so for a family or 2 couples who know eachother it is ideal. It has a kitchenette where one is provided with an excellent continental breakfast and it is possible to cook ones own meals in a microwave. The pub is a short walk away.

Very good non cooked breakfast laid out and in fridge. Accommodated for food intolerances. Pretty village, interesting old church NB village in a deep valley so limited phone signal. Both rooms on lower ground of house with shared kitchen -would be good for 2 couples sharing or family. Lovely view from bedroom. Good WiFi

A fantastic location with lovely grounds. Tables and chairs outside for guests use on nice days and evenings. The Hosts very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We booked a family room. The 2 children had a separate room with twin beds. Beds very comfortable and we all slept very well. Rooms serviced daily and all very clean. The Lounge has something for everyone. Games, books and newspapers for the guests use. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of cooked or continental offerings.
