Victoria hotel, hotel in Northop

Situated in Holywell, 22 km from Bodelwyddan Castle, Victoria hotel features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace.

Great communal kitchen where you could pick up basic breakfast, cutlery, crockery and glasses for use in room. Room was really clean and very well equipped including unsuited shower and loo. Greeted warmly on arrival in person by Ian who provided all necessary information and was clearly available should any contact be required and responded immediately by text when I had a query about departure. Melissa servicing rooms was just brilliant. Really friendly, welcoming and flexible and an integral part of the whole experience that ensures that this place is a warm home from home. Will be back at some point and will look forward to it. Thank you.

We booked for as a family group of 10 with two people in the group with specific requirements due to their limited mobility, hotel staff promptly contacted via messaging and confirmed our rooms with special requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable, each room was equipped with all facilities to make your stay comfortable, each family room had a fridge and an iron. Very good variety of breakfast, also facilitates vegan meals. Staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Clean. Well kept. Nice breakfast. We have a disabled child who is sensitive to noise. We’d asked at the time of booking to be in a quiet area of the hotel, which was accommodated. We also asked for a quiet area to eat and this was also accommodated without issue. This really made a difference to our stay. Thank you

easy to find, just what you expect from a holiday inn. Staff were so welcoming and super friendly with the kids. Special mention to Gabriella who took the time to chat to the girls, get them colouring pencils, and played/interacted with them every time she passed.

We had a nice family room located on the bottom floor, it was big and the beds were big and comfy and the bathroom a good size as well. We did not have an evening meal but we had breakfast which was lovely, really tasty and good staff around to help with anything. The desk staff at check in were also great.

Easily accessible, beautifully cleaned throughout particularly our bedroom! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed on 3rd Dec, they had a little Elf hiding in the restaurant which my children had great fun looking for! Our room was immaculately cleaned, could not fault. MCDonalds situated right next door which we walked to and brought back to the hotel. The breakfast included in our stay was exceptional!! Amazing full English breakfast with lots of variety to suit everyone. We will definitely stay again!
