I stayed with my 3 children (19, 17 & 2) and my partner after a holiday and our flight got in at 1am so we never arrived until about 2.30am staff were excellent, even at this hour. excellent value for money reach of the airport and will come again

Auld mill Hotel was ideal for us , due to catching early morning flight Edinburgh . Had messaged ahead as leaving 3 am in morning . Host booked us into room nearest exit so wouldn’t disturb folk

Great location, wonderful house, comfy, plenty of room for a family of four (we have two boys who cant share a bedroom), Excellent planned space throughout the house. Right under the fabulous bridges and 30 yds from the picturesque little baby that the kids absolutely loved.
The setting, staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. We were there for a family birthday, meal was excellent and well served.
On arrival we were greeted and checked in quickly and also received warm cookies (phenomenal) which was a nice welcome. This stay was for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to deliver a memorable birthday and also left a lovely note and box of chocolate for me. the view from our room of the bridges was incredible and slept like a baby all night. Will be back in the near future.
We had a lovely family meal for 15 people. The table we were given was excellent and the staff lovely. The following day the breakfast was excellent. Great choices
i am requesting a refund after staying here two days. i ended up in a room with bed bugs that bit my skin and face until I had bumps everywhere! because of this I had to go to hospital and lose a day off work which is normally 400 pound I lost. i requested a new room and they where unable to provide because of full capacity by manager. i demand a refund or I will have this published everywhere.

On arrival, couldn't find my booking! Soon sorted, but room allocated was next door to a noisy family room. We were transferred to a suite at no extra cost, which was very good service indeed. Dinner was excellent, the views from the restaurant, especially at night time, are outstanding.
