This is so quirky, very well thought out. There are a couple of little horses, some ducks and piglets it was just so lovely to be amongst nature. Nothing was too much trouble and the bedroom has ensuite toilet and there is a rain shower outdoors which is really unique and nice and warm.
It was very easy to find and there was a lovely pub a short stroll away. We did a 2 mile walk along the riverbank just through a gate near to the pub. Some fantastic views of the planes taking off from coningsby - a short drive to the viewing area too.

The site itself is lovely and would definitely return to the site. The location of caravan was great. Hot tub and the decking seating area was fab. Bedrooms good size compared to some caravans we've stayed in. Nice welcome pack and enough room for 7 in living area if eating or just sitting. Nice big tele and playstation went down well !

Everything was so nice, the little touches were so warm and welcoming! The communication was excellent! The van was so clean and well furnished. We had such an amazing holiday! Would 100000% recommend staying here :)

.A very warm welcome was had when I stepped in the door. We decided to all stay here with family the night of our wedding day so we could all have breakfast together. The are wonderful, so kind and friendly and nothing was too much. Lovely breakfast. Great attention to detail.
Staff were very friendly despite unfortunate family circumstances.
