The breakfast was fantastic! The croissants .... I can't even ... so good, and warm and crisp in the right spots, perfect texture. Great selection. The room was perfectly comfortable and pristinely clean.

Arrived at night, so a stunning view to wake up to. Sadly only stayed the one night so did not have any chance to explore the grounds at greater length. Nor take advantage of what they offered. Nice staff, good pro shop. All in all, neay a perfect stay(except for the length) 10/10 would recommend. And a short drive to Edinburgh.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were given a quick and helpful tour of the room which had everything we needed. It was cozy and quiet, it came with a kettle and a quick breakfast of porridge, otherwise we were recommended a place for breakfast nearby and a selection of restaurants in town. We came by public transport, the bus stop is a short walk from the Guest house.

Caroline was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was perfectly prepared and tailored to our dietary requirements. The location was a very short walk from the town centre and we were provided a map with recommended restaurants on it which was very helpful. If we go back to Perth we would happily stay there again.
