Shannon was very helpful and on hand with local knowledge. The Woodshed was well kitted out, though we didn’t have much time to use many of facilities it seemed to have everything you’d need for a short or long stay.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Really lovely property with loads of space for our family to sprawl out. Beautiful garden in full bloom with lots of seating areas and BBQ. Incredibly well equipped kitchen. Loads of bathrooms so we could all have privacy. Big comfy beds. Great location 8 mins walk to lovely town of Arlesford. Lots to do for us around there. Really loved it and will be back. Selby was a brilliant and quick communicator and was friendly and flexible.
Amazing location, our children loved watching trains on one side and tractors on the other. We also enjoyed walking our dog along the railway line, seeing bunnies and cows. The nearby woods were beautiful too. Really great family adventures to be had.
Location was great for visiting friends in Portsmouth. Easy to find and very accessible. The welcome basket was a lovely touch too. Very spacious for a family of four (two young children) with highchair and stairgate which was very welcome.
We had the family room which was perfect for 2 friends staying. We had a delicious dinner on the first night and went out on the second. The Hotels location is fabulous, with a stunning local walk and close to Winchester
Breakfast was 10/10
Great location in the middle of Arlesford close to my family who I was visiting. Nice staff although one of the breakfast servers was a bit down in the mouth. Nice breakfast. The bathroom to my room was newly done and very nice and my room itself was quiet and had a comfortable bed.
The property had a modern approach in the kitchen. I loved the curved peninsular plenty of storage
Loved all the rooms. Do you have any dates for next year we can come any time. Just to see friends and grand kids
It was an ideal set up not having to stay at the Swan
Loved the sofas.
The staff were super , always attentive but not intrusive The whole place was very very clean The breakfast was lovely thank you We were there to attend a funeral. The wake was at the hotel. The staff gave that an excellent service
Gorgeous Georgian quaint and cosy. We were in the family room, which was perfect. Comfortable beds, lovely attention to detail. Super staff, such fast and friendly service; we never had to wait long for food in the lovely dining area. Dog friendly. Fab central location a few minutes from all the shops and, most importantly, the amazing steam railway! What a treat (a weekend break for Mummy and kids). We’ll be back.
