Had an amazing weekend away staying at ladyston barn with my boyfriend for his birthday. The stand out features for us was the sauna, hot tub and of course the games room which featured a pool table, dart board, tennis table log burning fire, tv screen and projector where we were able to use our fire stick to enjoy watching the UFC which was perfect. The property was immaculate with lots of attention to detail, and well quipped with everything you could need including phone chargers, water, milk and butter. Jemma and Kyle were very welcoming and went out their way to decorate the barn for the occasion providing cake, beers, a bottle of cava & chocolates which were a lovely touch. I highly recommend & will definitely be booking again! Thanks again Jemma & Kyle

Log burner was just perfect at Christmas. Cottage was cosy and welcoming. Kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the seasonal and tasteful decorations- it felt like Christmas. The underfloor heating in the upstairs bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. Games to play and books to read. Much thought has gone into the cottage.

Very spacious and comfortable house to stay in. Parked outside. Lovely big sitting room which leads onto a private garden space (with BBQ!) well equipped kitchen and everything worked. Two comfortable bedrooms and one big shower room. We were very happy and comfortable and would highly recommend, especially if you like peace and a country setting.
