The staff were fabulous, really friendly and welcoming and made our stay perfect for us travelling with both mums. We had dinner and breakfast and both were lovely. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect location to break our journey South.

The staff Were exceptional. Would have been good to have had tattie scones at breakfast. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, eg. Eith wallpaper peeling off and stains on the carpet.

A comfortable spot to stop overnight, handy to the motorway and with loads of parking available in the shopping centre next door. Lovely staff and a great breakfast in the morning.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Overall, a wonderful stay at The Raven's Cliff lodge! My family stayed here for a week in two rooms which were quiet, comfortable and affordable. The restaurant was particularly terrific...the food was very tasty and filling! We ate many breakfasts and dinners here, the omelets were superb! Enjoyed getting to know the restaurant staff, and John in the mornings was especially friendly and hospitable! Highly recommend staying here to all who travel with families!
comfy rooms also good that it’s family friendly as my young daughter was up and down all night and it didn’t bother anyone booked two rooms would come again
We dod not know you had to book table. We turned up for breakfast and got told they were not taking any more people in for breakfast. Myself and husband was due to leave that morning also both diabetic had to drive to somewhere where we could find something to eat we also did not know the area as we were up for a family funeral.
Located within a family friendly area, there's so much fun we could not find enough time to explore with the kids on our 2 days visit.
The staff were responsive and we didn't need to ask for anything twice. We all had good fun on our visit
