Stunning location overlooking Loch Earn. We had been for dinner a couple of years ago as we rented a holiday cottage in St Fillans - the food was so good we ended up going back the next 2 nights. Decided to stay for a night at the hotel this time and again weren’t disappointed - food was excellent. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about food and wine and nice cozy bar area for a drink before and/or after dinner.

Nice quiet apartment with comfortable beds and a good kitchen
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The Lodge was comfortable, clean and had glorious views of the Loch. The veranda was an absolute joy, sitting out with a cuppa watching the shifting light, the wind whipping up the Loch and the family of ducks waddling by was such a treat.
The Boathouse bar and restaurant on site had incredible staff, they were friendly and professional and the food was great.
In Your Element provide adventure activities on site too, and they were fantastic.
We had one of our best holidays ever!
The lodge was beautiful. The owners had thought of everything for a family including, kids cutlery and step stool for the bathroom.
The lodge was warm and cosy, the beds were super comfy, and the self-catering facilities really made it a home from home. What a view to wake up to!
The on-site restaurant served tasty food however, its important to note that they only open four days a week.
Very nice location inside a holiday park. Nice view on Loch Tay. Very good and affordable restaurant just a few steps away. Ducks coming around now and then, trying to get some food - this is up to you (we had some bread left :-) )
The lodge was perfect for me and my family.
The kitchen ware is fantastic everything we needed.
The bathroom was stunning and very clean.
The bedrooms were good, plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed was super comfortable.
The scenery from the lodge was breathtaking.
My partner and I are already looking to come again next year in summer.
The lodge and lochtay really did exceed all of our expectations. It's a magnificent place that took all of our breaths away.
Location was very scenic with Loch side and Mountain views. Toilet, showers and laundering facilities kept clean and tidy and of a high standard. Did not use available acting but there seemed be be a good range available for all the family. Site very well maintained.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I have health issues and they put me in a wigwam near the shower facilities. I really appreciated this. They delivered the logs I bought to my wigwam each day which was ace. Wigwam clean. Loved the firepit! My little dog loved the loch. Each wigwam felt very private and the site was peaceful. This place is perfect for a meditation retreat, solo traveller or a couple or family. The shower and washing up facilities were so clean. They also have a small drying room if you get soaked outdoors.
Excellent accommodation with stunning view across the Loch. The on site restaurant was a bonus and all of the on site facilities made it an action packed trip. We were canoeing and swimming in the Loch, great fun. A drive through Glen Lyon made for a beautiful drive home.
