The room is perfect, and exactly what you see advertised.
The hosts are so friendly and provided far more in the room and bathroom than I'd have expected - for example, a range of tea and coffee options, med kits with blister plasters if you're going walking, all manner of toiletries.
You can definitely feel their generosity and the care they've put in to giving their guests a great stay.

Asked for refund for the last 2 days we stayed as we went elsewhere to eat breakfast. Still waiting for the refund .
It’s a lovely property in a beautiful serene location. The staff were friendly & we had good breakfasts during our stay. Parking was perfect too. Will again stay here next time when we visit Bath. Perfect & family friendly hotel.

The layout of the room was really good . We had a family room, which provided ample space for all party members. There was sufficient space for our luggage to be stored during our stay, and overall the standard of cleanliness within the room was excellent. We did report a leaking shower following our first nights stay, but this was fixed and the bathroom was given a little refresh afterwards. Can’t fault the response from maintenance and reception teams for rectifying this so promptly!
Very nicely welcomed. the staff were great. the room was better than expected ! very comfortable and clean. the breakfast was included in the price and was brilliant. the overall stay was perfect and we had 2 small children with us (2 and 4) and they loved it ! beautiful grounds too
