The experience to stay in a lovely Chateau is enough but the service and the most lovely staff made our stay special. W e stayed in a Suite Room 2. A few stairs to walk up but there is a lift as well. Great view from windows either side.

All was well. The only thing that mystified me was and I stayed in the Townhouse was how come the number on my key related to a name on the door and not the corresponding number as on the Key.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Eirian was a lovely Hostess. Friendly and welcoming. We had a family room and Eirian allowed my two grandchildren to come with us.. Also made the both lovely breakfasts and did not charge extra. The room was lovely and clean and quiet. We all slept well. No noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was lovely and Eirian treated everyone like Family chatting to us all and making sure we had everything. The children did not want to leave.
We had a fantastic time at the Gazelle Hotel. We had the family room which was large and comfortable. It is in the hotel's annexe, which benefits from a large deck - a great plus for us and our toddler who could play outside in all safety. The staff was very nice, the food was great, the view was breathtaking.

Very pleasant stat at the property. The rooms were clean and spacious. Dedicated playing area for kids and adults, it has box full of fun games for kids which kept kids busy most of the time. Big ground and playing area for kids at the back of the property with easy access
