A warm & friendly welcome. Plenty of parking. Lovely room with lots of home comforts. I would have been better off staying there for two weeks as I had a terrible time in the hotel abroad !!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The hotel is near the airport and the Resorts World Arena, which is great. The staff was also very friendly, and the price was relatively cheap compared to other hotels near the airport.
The room was as described on the website, so I was happy. The hotel is also very quiet, which was a great surprise.
The "breakfast" was nothing more than cereals and toast, with some juice available - this was not made clear when the staff member asked me if I wanted breakfast. The cost was £6.95, and a refund in full was agreed. I am still waiting for the refund!
Easy to use allocated parking and excellent Comms from the host. Facilities as described and it was all clean. There were even a few basic supplies in the kitchen.
The breakfast was mediocre. It was described as full continental. basically it was cereal and orange juice and toast. A full continental (in my view) has cheese, ham, meats, much more choice.
