The room on the ground floor was spacious with a good size desk and comfortable bed. The bathroom had a quality shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet. The large 'walk in' wardrobe seemed to dry and air clothes.

The room was lovely, very clean and gone above and beyond with details that make it worth the price, ie. robes and toiletries.
We ate our evening meal at 'The Grill' where the staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced too!
Overall a very lovely relaxing evening.

Great location (Tintern Abbey, interesting places around to walk to too), nice view from our room (River Wye), Marta was really nice and her husband (we never saw him in person) is an excellent chef, wholly recommend the food (breakfast & dinner).
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The lady on reception was so kind and lovely! We checked in around 5.30pm ish and I explained one of our party was not able to make it and she moved us to a ground floor room which made such a difference with the children! She was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble - it really made a difference!
It was very easy to find as it was on the motorway services. Pet friendly, clean, rooms were quite big, bed comfortable with extra beds provided for 2 kids under the age of 16, tea and coffee facilities provided, bottle water provided.
My kids (3 and 5) absolutely loved the breakfast it had everything they needed.
Room was clean and comfy beds
We have an electric car to it was very convenient their was fast charging points right next to the hotel
The staff were great, the fact we could take the dog was a bonus and the family room had two single beds for our two teenagers which was refreshing. Couldn't fault it.
Location perfect, McDonald’s and Costa for breakfast, room clean , big enough for family with two children, hairdryer, towels and shower gel. I recommend it to anyone who wants save money.
