Gorgeous decoration, huge spaces and extremely comfortable lounge and very nicely finished kitchen. All the beds were super soft and luxurious and the bathrooms so pretty. The property managers were also extremely generous and communicative and helpful with our stay.

a perfect small hotel in the middle of the English countryside ! the rooms were very clean and spacious and even though the room looked to the street , it was very quiet ! Breakfast was full English and we enjoyed every bite of it ! we really liked the pub right on the ground floor and it had a wonderful garden to sit outside but its people is always the best asset ! John was a marvellous host , always smiling and friendly and along with his wife , they run together the family business! we enjoyed every moment there , thank you again for your hospitality!

A glorious English country pub about an hour away from Heathrow, and very close to Jane Austen’s house. The whole place is thoroughly lovely. You expect Mr Darcy to ride into the pub yard any minute. it suited us completely. The nearby walks are really good. Also, I can’t remember a place where Lisa and I were so warmly welcomed by the locals.
