The cottage was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. It was really spacious and accommodated our group of 7 easily with plenty of space to cook, eat and chill out. The kitchen was well equipped and the roll top bath was very popular! The communication from the owners was excellent and they even left us some toiletries. Would definitely return here.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Caravan was very easy to find on site. Close to all the facilities but we didn’t find the hustle and bustle noisy at all. Caravan was clean and well kept and very homely, could tell it was well maintained. Directly opposite the park so could literally watch the kids from the living room window. Very short walk to the beach where we played in the rock pools. Loved that there were toys and games in the caravan already and other useful bits and bobs. 2 min drive into Rhyl / ASDA / ALDI / 2 mins drive in the opposite direction to the big funfair. Honestly we will be booking again.

This accommodation may be on a caravan site, but it's far more than that.
Very spacious with a private garden area to use the hot tub.
The kitchen area allows lots of room to cook with high quality utensils and equipment.
The ensuite in the bedroom is great, with an enclosed shower to stop any unnecessary surplus water on the floor.
The weather was biblical when we were there, but the central heating provides a cosy feel while watching the big wall mounted TV and sinking into the 2 x couches in the living area.
Some of the local takeaways will deliver to the site, as we found the food options at the resident bar quite expensive. But if you want to cook, there is a shop near the entrance that stocks most things and the bigger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
In summary, this is ideal for couples and families alike.... even if the weather conspires against you !
Conveniently located just of the A55, this family-run manor house is set within the peace and tranquillity of the rural surroundings of Abergele, North Wales.

Lovely spacious caravan with everything you need for a peaceful relaxing weekend.
It was so close to the beach that we walked there to see the sunrise.
Communication was great and everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The cottage was absolutely amazing and very cozy it had everything you needed will definitely recommend to family and friends and I will definitely be booking again 😄😄
Owner as fantastic very helpful from a distance when we needed him, although left us to do our own thing through out our visit. 10/10 for care for his guests. Family run property, with finishing touches which were nice like the welcome hamper was a great touch.
Anwen was very welcoming and helpful. Cottage had everything we needed. Set in beautiful countryside and an ideal base for the surrounding areas. Grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. Will definitely be back.
lovely location perfect for a family. We really loved the layout of the house and the parking was really easy. The wifi was really good and the house was very clean.
The location was just perfect for us and the house was lovely & spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Love the riverside walks on the doorstep & the coastal path was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes. Easy access to Llandudno & Conwy. Local Domino’s delivered hot pizzas within about 15 minutes when we were too tired to cook one evening!
We had a lovely short break & would definitely visit again.
Rachel was really helpful, easily contactable and kindly let us access the property early on our arrival day.
House is ideally suited for long walks along the sea front and an excellent Centre for touring. Although close to both the railway and road you cant hear them. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery and although we didn't have children with us couldn't fail to be impressed with all the equipment you have such as high chairs and travel cots. Also the great variety of games you have,
It was big and spacious, great for families with children. There was a toy box which was a great hit. Sadly the beds weren’t very comfy and a few of us didn’t sleep very well and the shower didn’t have much power. However, it was a lovely cottage, in a great location. We still had a very enjoyable weekend and thank the owners very much for our stay. Many thanks :)
great location for access to fab beaches in wales. house was just perfect for our short stay - wished we had booked for longer. All facilities as described - great to have dishwasher after our morning breakfasts! really comfortable and very spacious house. noted lots of games and other items for families with children. great communication with owner - really felt that they wanted us to have a fab time. I will be booking again!!!
