I thought the staff were very friendly/helpful. The room was charming in fact decor throughout was thoughtfully done. I loved the attention to detail with complimentary drink/chocs and quality of food and toiletries. Quality of breakfast was excellent. I felt that there was a real sense of individuality about Bel and The Dragon.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Booked for one night but liked it so much stayed another night. Staff so lovely and helpful and the peace and tranquility at the hotel was just wonderful best nights sleep and it was quiet at night unlike other hotels I've stayed at. The lake is just beautiful and the grounds immaculate- the ducks are so funny and the geese on the lake was a spectacular sight to see!
Locations was good. But i would not recommend this place if u got children because theres lots of drunk people. Receptuonists was okay but not too friemdly or approchable.
The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Food in the Sports bar and the restaurant was very nice and child friendly. The spa treatments were excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool/
As always the apartments exceed expectations, fantastic space for groups of friends or family. Always clean and comfortable and the staff were curious and very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.
We had the most amazing stay this weekend. MJ tribute night was fabulous, lovely food and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Lovely and spacious spa/wellness area too. Thank you to the awesome staff, we hope to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family.
Meals are very good a little expensive. The bar lounge in the evening had a lot of rowdy children from the traveller community which cut short most people’s enjoyment . But overall excellent facilities and a good stay
