The Castle Hotel is such close walk from the train station. We were greeted warmly and offered afternoon snacks, sandwiches and quiche. Was simply lovely after a long day of travel.

One of the nicest places I've ever rented. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, good beds, well equipped. Close enough to the center of town to walk in easily, yet in a quiet location with views over the dunes down to the sea. Overall excellent

Steve and Paula were very welcoming and relaxed hosts. Breakfasts were excellent with a very varied menu to choose from. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were very knowledgable of the local area and gave great advice on places to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment It was very comfortable, sparkling clean and well equipped. We loved the themed decor and the log burning stove. The apartment is in the town centre so it is easy to get to shops, eateries and the beach. Highly recommend if you are visiting Berwick. Thanks too for the prosecco - a great surprise and the perfect start to our mini break.

Perfect little home just out of the city centre. Within walking distance of a great new(ish) pizzeria and lovely old parish church. Being close to the ASDA was a real boon and the neighbourhood was atmospheric and peaceful. Warm, cosy, and calming.
