Very friendly, and helpful staff.
The relaxed atmosphere in “The Pavilion” bar and coffee shop, plus the availability of delicious food, made it a pleasure spend time in.

Amazing. Absolutely stunning views. Every one who walks past greats you with a hello. Beach is on the doorstep. Asda is just a 5min walk along the road. And the flat itself was warm, spacious and very accommodating. Did i mention the views!!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The hotel staff were great only stayed one night but Breckie was good the room was clean and fair sized we got a family room so had a set of bunk beds but our bed was v comfy ,over all well satisfied
Breakfast not included in package. Food in main in evening (paid for separately) was good and great choice.
Location was good as at family wedding in town at different venue and also easy walk into town centre.
It is a very well run hotel, each member of staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. We were there as part of a family gathering and we were all very well looked after.
We ate in the restaurant and cafe and the food was really good and well presented, great choice on the menu.
The hotel is very clean and bright. We were very pleased
Arriving to find it shut having booked the room a year ago and letting me upgrade the room 13 days before travel. No one answering the phone and Booking.com not getting back to me. Having travelled from Yorkshire for my husbands 60th birthday trip to the open. Thank good we got an affordable deal at Oak View Lodge as every other venue was sold out or £800+
This hotel CLOSED about 1 YEAR AGO. They took our money a few days ago. I have asked Booking.com to arrange a refund. This hotel has left wedding, funeral and hen parties in the lurch.
Our 3rd stay there. We travel feom Australia and see family in kilmarnock and this hotel never disappoints. Training for staff must be excellent(especially reception) as they are always super helpful, efficient and pleasant
Location was perfect, right in centre of town and close to the park. Every single member of staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a twin room as it was the only one left so not ideal and would have preferred a double room. It was tired but very clean . There is a big family friendly beer garden where we ate some really tasty food and the prices of the food and drink is very reasonable. The bar and garden are busy all weekend.
Clean comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff and restaurant and bar with a pleasant ambiance. We had a very enjoyable festive family dinner in the restaurant and the staff looked after our very large party of 17 including 7 children very well.
