Very clean, modern, central location! If travelling by public transport it’s perfect as location is only a 10 min walk from bus station! Highly recommend and thankyou to the host for being so accommodating and helpful! ps the beds are very comfy! hotel standard in my opinion.

Dinner really nice, breakfast was a bit rushed not enough staff to cover tables,Saturday the brown bread was blue moulded ,Sunday toast did not get too the table till after I finished eating my fry,Monday got coffee instead of tea had to be changed. Not even apology for the blue moulded toast other than that breakfast was well cooked. You could possibly have more staff at breakfast time.

Beautiful house with a great area outside. Kids really enjoyed toasting the mallows on the fire. Lovely comfortable beds and house kept to a very good standard. Would happily return.
A beautiful house with a warm, friendly welcome. Rosemary was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. We arrived to fresh strawberries, wheaten bread and marshmallows for the kids! We enjoyed evening's round the fire at night and the rooms were so lovely and the comfiest beds ive slept in! We had a wonderful couple of nights stay and we will definitely be returning.
Stunning house, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Artisan bread and a fresh punnet of strawberries to welcome us on arrival. Every quality mod con you could wish for to serve up family meals. Sumptuous candles, luxurious bath products and evenings spent by the fire made for a very relaxing break. The Brook deserves her 5 star rating.

Beautiful house and so comfortable. The beds were amazing! Lovely and clean in a quiet and peaceful area. My friend and I and our two children had the best time. Rosemary is a wonderful host and everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely love to stay again. We were talking about not wanting to leave and coming back for another visit on our first night here.
Very high standard of decor and facilities; 4 bedrooms with plenty of space; really lovely finishing touches like biscuits and some toys for kids; great location and very responsive and helpful host.
Jenny the host was excellent her contact and support was excellent and friendly. My family had a brilliant stay. The house is in the best locatiin and we could not have asked for better. We look forward to booking again.
Such a fantastic property, absolutely stunning outside and in. Easy to find and full of charm. Suited our family of 5 perfectly but could equally suit anyone amount of combination including pets. We'll definitely be back this summer as its the perfect gateway to so many great attractions in the surrounding area especially for the kids like fun farms, lake trips and even the folk park in Omagh was less than 30 mins away.
