The accomodation was beautifully decorated and finished to a very high standard. Plenty of space, great sized living room and seperate dining room. Plenty of bathrooms, including the most impressive bathtub/shower we'd ever seen! The gardens were also lovely and well kept, and the hosts had even left us a welcome hamper filled with local produce which was a very nice touch. We were slightly skeptical about booking this accomodation due to the lack of reviews it had (but understood this was largely because it was newly listed on booking.com) however we were extremely glad we did. Please don't let the lack of reviews put you off and instead be glad that you get to be one of the first people to enjoy this wonderful rental accomodation.

Beautiful location and views. Fiona was very helpful and the gift that were left were lovely. My daughters loved the loaf of wheaten thank you. Felt very homely and our dog settled in very well. Selection of tv channels were great and the book was full of great information. Thank you

The restaurant was closed but a very good evening meal was made for me, I was working in my room when a glass of wine was offered to me. The breakfast was excellent.

The house is beautiful as you can see on pictures and the family room is really perfect, lot of space, comfortable and cozy. On top of that Louise did everything to make our stay the best, with a lot of attentions, a nice common space to relax snack, coffee, information on place around. Louise is a really welcoming person that make us enjoy a restful & nice moment there

Everything! The host is lovely! Kerry made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. She was so helpful and accommodating. She also bakes the most amazing bread which was a lovely surprise! The accommodation also had lots of little extras that we didn't expect like Prosecco and snacks! The outdoor bath tub was so relaxing! It was much better than anything we've ever experienced as the water is free from chlorine etc making it perfect for families with kids. We were able to take our little one into the tub and enjoy bath time as a family! The location was perfect! We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were only a 5 minute drive to Portaferry where you can find shops, restaurants, takeaways etc, or you can take a 10 minute ferry from Portaferry to Strangford which is also beautiful! We loved listening to the birds singing and the hens that wandered freely around the grounds of the property. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Really couldn't fault our stay and would definitely recommend and return!
