Blood stained pillows, mould on windows and shower, no lampshade, condemned not British Standard Electric, hearing other guest all night , very poor key system (Yale). Had to get a refund and could only cope with 1 of the 3 nights booked- I would not have stayed one night but found it difficult to book anywhere else at 10pm- it was that or sleep in my car! This place should not be advertised!

Everything was so clean and spacious, rooms were also exactly as described if not even better than in the pictures. we really enjoyed the Victorian house and the walk around its acres of land, petting sheep and looking at ducks and horses.

Dave and Debbie are very considerate hosts, I needed a late check in as I was rushing up to Kidderminster Hospital from London last minute due to a family illness, and they accommodated my request. When I explained I also needed to do some work in my room they brought me an extra fold out table for my lap-top. And, they make a great breakfast, thank you!

We were travelling with bicycles and they were able to provide us with safe overnight storage. David went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Debbie did a wonderful breakfast using local produce. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Easy walking distance into Kidderminster. 5 minutes cycle ride to join the canal for our onward cycle to Droitwich Spa. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable hotel with good location that was close to shops, restaurants and West Midlands safari park. Hotel receptionist very friendly and gave us a list of eating facilities near by as the restaurant was closed. Overall a fab family stay for myself, my partner and my two children 3 and 1 years old.

The location for West Midlands Safari Park is perfect and having space to use outside was great. Our children loved seeing the animals and playing in the garden. The use of the Fire Stick in the TV was good and there were ample kitchen supplies along with a small amount of tea, coffee milk and sugar. We had a comfortable stay but feel the bedding though clean, is well used. We wouldn't hesitate staying again and would definitely recommend as a family base for WMSP.
